2. Services
Kozmo provides printing services including but not limited to UV printing, 3D signage, custom brand prints, digital and offset printing, and promotional products. All services are subject to availability and our terms and conditions.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Kozmo. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Payment terms will be specified at the time of order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials provided by clients remain their property. Kozmo retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Quality and Satisfaction
We strive for excellence in all our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Kozmo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After production begins, cancellation may result in partial refunds based on work completed. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kozmo's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Modifications
Kozmo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
